D6.10 - the role of standardisation and collaboration in supply chain

This deliverable (6.10) serves to describe the role of standardisation in the supply chain.

Detailed information is provided which describes how the consortium is structured and managed, internal communication measures are setup and how deliverable s' are created, checked and approved. Focus is laid on the project management tool team GANTT allowing the consortium to schedule and track progress of all tasks within NexTrust.
