Case Study

The aim of pilots 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3, developed within Pilot Category 2, focused on “Full-truck load” transportation on road, is to build a pro-active collaboration among shippers.

The main concept of the pilots is the establishment of “lane combinations” instead of fixed single trips, offering to carriers the maximum operational flexibility, while at the same time providing improved predictability in transport flow balance.
